PAYCOM is a human capital management company that digitally transforms businesses and
empowers employees to manage their data within our single HR software. Working on numerous Applicant Tracking System and Background Check products, my most noteworthy projects include
the creation of batch actions within ATS, revamping the global search page within. ATS, creating new workflows and enhancements for packaging new background checks on employees, designing
visual hierarchy for background check orders, creating new workflows and designs for moving candidates down the interview pipeline, and updating interactions within the BGC dashboard.
